2. Stationary Crusher
A stationary crusher plant is a large-scale, fixed installation built on concrete foundations for continuous and high-capacity operations, commonly found in quarries and mining sites.
Big rocks are fed into a jaw crusher, then crushed further by secondary impact or cone crushers. Screening systems allocate material into size grades. Conveyors and automation controls manage the entire process. These systems are durable and suited for long-term continuous production.

4. Tertiary Crusher

Material from the secondary crusher enters the tertiary crusher, where spinning rotors or conical mechanisms apply intense impact or compression. The process yields well-formed, fine aggregates with improved surface finish. After screening, the product meets desired frractions.
Applications include fine aggregate production, high-quality concrete and asphalt additives, specialized construction projects requiring precise material shapes, and processing valuable minerals.
